Here are ten venues with the perfect outdoor space to make the most of the sunshine.

This Ainsdale hangout is perfect for a summer stop off and serves everything from the full English breakfast to brunch burritos, and a range of salads that are perfect for a sun-soaked lunch.

It has a gorgeous terrace where you can sit back and watch the world go by. Easily walkable from the train station, it isn’t too far from the beach either. The ultimate spring and summer destination.

Queens Road Social, Formby

This cute, licensed café has a gorgeous outdoor area where you can grab a coffee and cake or a more substantial meal from the menu.

The corner courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy one of the QRS delicious salads or a speciality coffee. There are also some evening events so keep an eye on their socials to find out more.

The Bus Yard, Crosby

The Bus Yard is back for 2025 and is a great spot for a sunny Saturday.

Open from 11am-8pm every day, the venue will be open until September so make sure you get there for a sunny day of fun at the beach.

With live music, street food, Greek grub, cocktails, desserts and a kids shack you can really enjoy a sunny day at the Bus Yard.
