We all know Liverpool’s dining scene is booming but restaurants over the water aren’t too shabby either!
There’s loads of incredible restaurants on the Wirral, and with so much choice on offer, it’s time to give some well deserved shout outs!
NOVA
This unassuming little eatery tucked away just off the main drag in Heswall is making some real culinary noise. A true dining destination with a modern take on British fine dining with a twist.
Think big, bold flavours beautifully presented, their eclectic menu packed full of seasonal ingredients.

Gusto combines modern Italian classics with a real contemporary twist. Superb food, cool cocktails and amazing, attentive staff have kept this place at the top of its game for years now.
Don’t miss the authentic pizzas here. We loved the Truffle Bianco which is a white base with truffle paste, portobello mushrooms and Fior Di Latte mozzarella topped with rocket and Gran Moravia cheese. Bellisimo!
