Welcome to Liverpool Freshers, we’re showing you how we throw it down with a whole host of parties.

There’s no time to unpack! Launch your stuff in your room, grab your bank card and prepare to UV, candy0floss, techno, Love Island mad as the freshers parties get under way this weekend. With amazing DJ’s and live performances from the likes of Tom Zanetti, Basshunter, Steve Mulder and more, you’re expected to go wild and go home with a hoover on your first weekend in our amazing city.

From glow sticks to applebottom jeans, here’s 14 of the biggest freshers parties in Liverpool…..

1 – Bongo’s Bingo Student Special, Mountford Hall

Bongo’s Bingo is a rite of passage for all students in Liverpool, and this one is just for you. Get to the Liverpool Guild of Students on 23rd September and start the term as you mean to go on, with confetti, unicorns, big tunes and LOTS of booze! More info and tickets here. 

2 -The Freshers 90’s Rave, Constellations

Constellations is the place to be if you’re big into acid house, trance, techno, garage and club classics as another infamous 90’s rave kicks off on 20th September. More info here. 

3 – F-UCK ME, It’s Freshers, The Krazyhouse

There is nothing we don’t like about this epic Freshers party at Electrik, formerly known as The KrazyHouse. F-CK ME it’s Freshers is basically a kids party with a shed load of alcohol! We’ll see you on the bouncy castle! Tickets here. 

4 – Freshers Full Moon Party, 02 Academy

On Saturday 6th October electric takes over O2 Academy Liverpool for a mad full moon party with none other than Tom Zanetti on the decks.  More info here.

5 – Bananas Freshers Rave, Arts Club

Smashed the weekend? Ready to go again? Get yourself to Arts Club, Seel Street for a mid-week rave with Bananas. Hundreds of Inflatable bananas, glowsticks, lasers, confetti, balloons and dancers included. More info and tickets here.

6 – Student Fest, Battle of the Uni’s, Concert Square

It’s all about choosing your tribe at Student Fest on Sunday 30th September. Get down to Concert Square and wear your uni tee with pride as 5000 Students, 6 Venues, 3 Universities and 1 Love Island Host come together for an epic party. Click here for info.

7 – Freshers UV Party with Basshunter

Fancy a UV Glow party on Sunday 16th September at three different venues and erm……ABSSHUNTER on the decks? Course you do! Level, Einsteins and Modo bring The Moving In Party to Concert Square and you’re invited. More info here. 

8 – LOST Freshers Fairground, Underground

Underground Liverpool, Eberle Street is being transformed into a Freshers Fairground on 18th September and with an incredible line up of DJ’s, mega decor and an unmistakable party vibe full of fun and surprises, you won’t want to miss your chance to be part of it. Tickets here. 

9 – Medication Opening Spectacular, Electrik

Medication, Liverpool’s biggest student night is back at Electrik with three floors of absolute bangers, whatever you’re into. From House, RNB, Techno, Indie and chart to £3.50 vodka/gin double all night, there’s room for 2500, just make sure you’ve got your ID. More info here. 

10 – Freshers Techno Party, Fusion

KÖLE Welcomes Liverpool Freshers 2018 with one MASSIVE techno rave in Liverpool City Centre on 22nd September featuring 2000 and One, Steve Mulder, John Ross Junior, KÖLE1000 Students in one large state of the art venue. More info here.

11 – Free Freshers Party, The Tank Room

Get down to the Cain’s Brewery Vollage on 22nd September as The Tank Room throws its first ever Freshers bash.  With hand picked the finest DJ’s from the city’s universities you can expect a blend of house and disco from 9pm. 12 – Freshers Jump Off, Hangar 34

‘Liverpool crew, welcome to the Applebum Freshers Jump Off, nothing but the flyest bumper thumping jams all night long. From classic rap to modern trap, from Kanye to Kung Fu Kenny, Biggie to Busta, shake it together ’till the early morn’!  More info here. 

13 – Pink Pound Freshers Night, Heaven

Pink Pound returns for Freshers! Party hard with Mike Beecham to all the best 80s + Clubland Bangers, all the way through till 6AM and make it rain with your vouchers from the freshers fair with £1 entry! There’s Confett, Giveaways and Best Dressed Prizes. More info here.
