Sanskruti is a vegetarian and vegan restaurant based on Bixteth Street offering authentic Indian cuisine. The restaurant has everything you could want, from poppadoms and pickles to street food and a full thali. One of the signature vegan dishes is the Kathal Lazeez which is a delicious jackfruit curry.

Woo Tan Scran
Not only is the name of this plant based chip shop absolutely incredible, but the food is too!
From dim sum starters to fried rice, burgers to salt and pepper EVERYTHING. This place really does fulfil all that vegans miss about Friday night chippy night. To order from here, you need to visit Down The Hatch, or order for delivery through Deliveroo.

Down The Hatch
This place is Duke Street’s very own vegan restaurant, which aptly nicknames itself ‘Seitan’s Basement’. The team’s mission is to provide you with delicious junk food, that all happens to be plant-based! And if you decent portions are what you’re after, this place has you covered. Expect huge burgers, loaded fries, and tasty cocktails too.

The Vibe
This neighbourhood cafe and eatery is based just by Liverpool ONE and is open seven days a week. This family run business serves food for the “mind, body and soul”. The food and drinks here are 100% plant-based and most of the dishes are made in-house from scratch. Everything on this menu is worth trying, but highlights include ‘The Big One’ full English breakfast, the salt & pepper cauliflower wings and any of its healthy bowls. It’s hard to choose though, it all looks delicious!

The Egg Cafe
Probably one of the most well-known vegetarian and vegan eateries in Liverpool, The Egg has been around for years. It’s based just off Bold Street and is situated in the loft space of a grand old Grade II Victorian warehouse building. The Egg has built somewhat of a community of loyal customers over the years and not only does it serve food and drinks, it also features an independent art gallery too.
