Museum of Liverpool is reopening it’s really popular Wondrous Place exhibition and its got a weekend of music, footy skills and family activities to celebrate. The display has lots of badges from Liverpool bands and club nights, so there’ll be pop-up badge making sessions, as well as artists performing live in the atrium and skills demos from Mr Silky Skills.

The old Lucha Libre has been given a new look with independent Belgian beer bar and bistro Belgica which opened this week. Get down to Wood Street to get the vibe of Europe’s most beer-loving nation, and there’ll be a full authentic menu with the classic moules frites, mussels and chips.

PINS Alpine Village looks great and it’s got a fabulous wintry feel with chalets and tonnes of festive touches including a Sipsmith hot gin bar, mulled wine, winter cocktails and snowcones.
