5 Steps to becoming a bounce expert at Air Unlimited Speke

Now you can reach new heights with professional lessons in bounce at Air Unlimited!

Having only opened it’s doors a year ago, Air Unlimited urban playground in Speke is turning our kids trampoline mad with hour upon hour of bouncing fun, whatever the weather. With trampolines, tumble tracks, wipe out games, climbing walls and soft landings, all under one roof, you can sit back with a drink while the kids burn off some energy with an activity that won’t break the bank.

Brand new for summer 2018, you can now learn how to perfect the art of bounce with coaching sessions from Air Unlimited. Perfect for kids who have boundless energy and want to learn a new skill that could really take you places, here’s 6 steps…or should that be leaps, to becoming a trampolining pro…..

1 – The All Important Drop

Your instructor will start with the basics of how to jump and land correctly on a trampoline before showing you different jumps and lands, such as ‘Seat Drop’, ‘Back Drop’, and ‘Front Drop’.

2 – Perfect Your Roll

The next step is to perfect your roll. Basic tumbling skills like rolls, cartwheels and round offs are incorporated into the lessons. Furthermore, Walkovers are taught to build strength and aerial awareness.

3 – Flipping Progress

Once you’ve built up your confidence with the basics, there’s some flipping fun to be had! You’ll be taught how to begin completing front flips, backhand springs and back flips!

4 – Combo Time

Now comes the technical bit, how to put it all together in a routine! Learn combo’s and how to linking moves plus receive tips on how to be creative and build your confidence.

5 – Double Bubble

If you’re making brilliant progress, the last step to becoming a trampolining expert is learning double and triple quad moves. Have you got the skills and stamina to go all the way?

Group lessons at Air Unlimited are open to the general public on Tuesdays 6-7pm, Sundays 5-6pm & 6-7pm, and private coaching sessions are available upon on request. Home Education lessons are also available on Thursdays 1-2pm, 2-3pm, 3-4pm. Private lessons are £20 per person per hour and group lessons & Home Ed sessions are £7.50 per person per hour.
