With half terms, long weekends, bank holidays and Easter rapidly approaching, we’re arming all parents with top boredom busters on the Wirral.
The kids are barely in school over the coming weeks and with Spring weather bringing brighter days, there’s lots of fun to be had on the Wirral, and loads of it is free too. From farmyard activities, pocket money priced cinema tickets, crafts galore and plenty of family fresh air fun to be had, there’s something for everyone and to suit every budget.
Here’s 9 ways to keep the kids entertained on the Wirral….
1 – Tam O’Shanter Urban Farm, Bidston
There’s all kinds of farmyard fun on the agenda at Tam O’Shanter Urban Farm including pottery painting! Free entry and open from 9:30 everyday. More info here.
2 – Bubbles World of Play, Marine Point New Brighton
While the weather is still unpredictable, head to Bubbles World of Play for hours of energy burning fun on the big slides and squashy shapes. Opening times and more here.
3 – Ness Botanic Gardens, Neston
See the first signs of Spring 2018 with a welly walk at Ness Botanic Gardens. There’s 64 acres to explore including rock gardens, veg patches and more. All the info here.
4 – Williamson Art Gallery, Birkenhead
