Taylor Swift, Tom Jones, Pink and our own Jamie Webster were among the stars who gave us music memories to last a lifetime this year.
The city’s renowned for hosting some of the most amazing gigs and, just like 2024 didn’t disappoint, next year’s going to be as incredible as ever.
Just look at these 12 fantastic Liverpool concerts we can look forward to in 2025.
Sting is going to be On The Waterfront
The Grammy-winning singer will be headlining On The Waterfront at the Pier Head on Sunday, June 22 as part of his STING 3.0 world tour. And after the amazing reviews he got for his Radio 2 gig in summer this year we know we’re in for a treat with solo hits and, of course, some Police classics.

Bruce Springsteen is at Anfield Stadium
The Boss is heading to Liverpool. Rock icon Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band are bringing their electrifying live show to Anfield Stadium as part of their highly-anticipated 2025 European tour. They’ll be taking to the stage on Wednesday, June 4 and Saturday, June 7.

Red Rum Club are at Aintree Racecourse
Which, let’s face it, only seems right! After hosting the legendary steeplechaser and three times Grand National winner who gave the band their name, Aintree Racecourse is looking forward to welcoming Red Rum Club for their biggest hometown outdoor gig to date. Appropriately enough, they’ll be playing the Red Rum Garden on Friday, May 16.

Dua Lipa is playing Anfield
Dua Lipa is bringing her Radical Optimism Tour to LFC’s stadium next summer on Thursday and Friday, June 24-25. She’s bound to be singing all the hits in a show that’s guaranteed to Blow Your Mind.

Anfield Stadium just keeps them coming with Billy Joel
The American singer-songwriter is set to make a monumental return to Liverpool next summer in one of only two European shows. He is performing at Anfield Stadium for the first time in 45 years on Saturday, June 21. It’s been The Longest Time, but it’ll be amazing to have him back.

Jamie Webster’s headlining a massive gig at Haydock Park Racecourse
Well there’s a Weekend in Paradise right there! Jamie Webster is live after an evening of racing at Haydock on Saturday, June 21. Jamie reckons this summer at Sefton Park was already a bucket list moment in his career and he says: “I can’t wait to make more memories at Haydock Park Racecourse. Let’s have a proper day out!”

Billy Ocean is performing at Salt and Tar
Billy Ocean will be wowing the crowds at the Bootle Canalside venue on Thursday, August 7 as part of his UK tour – and he’s going to be supported by the city’s own The Real Thing.

Celebrating 25 years of Songs of Strength & Heartbreak, The Mighty Wah himself Pete Wylie is heading out on tour to commemorate the legendary album. He’ll be at 02 Academy on Friday, April 11.

Olly Murs celebrates 15 years of hits at M&S Bank Arena
Fresh from his nationwide tour as special guest to Take That this year, Olly has announced a massive UK Arena tour for next Spring so get ready to party with a set that’ll feature all the hits and more. He’s arriving at the waterfront arena on Thursday, May 15, and he says: “Celebrating 15 unbelievable years doing what I love best will be truly special.” Blue are supporting.

It’s going to be an incredible year for music at Anfield Stadium with some of the world’s top artists playing there in 2025. Completing a fabulous four is multi-platinum selling superstar Lana Del Ray who’ll be playing at Liverpool’s home ground on Saturday, June 28.

Kylie gets set to create Tension at M&S Bank Arena
The Tension Tour is set to be her biggest since 2011 so you can bet it’s going to be an incredible one with all the hits from the Aussie music star. Kylie will be at the M&S Bank Arena Liverpool on Thursday, May 22. Kylie says: “I am beyond excited.” So just imagine how thrilled we are!

Olympia is set to host The Boomtown Rats
It’s hard to believe The Boomtown Rats have been thrilling us for 50 years, but Bob Geldof and his crew are celebrating five decades in 2025 with an anniversary UK tour, Happy Birthday Boomtown. They’re at the Liverpool Olympia on Saturday, November 15.
