All Over The Shop at Metquarter to host number of creative workshops this Summer

Fashion collective All Over The Shop based in Metquarter is hosting a colourful array of creative workshops this Summer.

The workshops at Metquarter will offer participants the chance to make one-of-a-kind unique pieces perfect to wear and style throughout the warmer months.  

Here are the creative workshops coming up at Metquarter.

T-Shirt Plaiting Workshop, Buy by Bethan  (24 May, 2pm – 4pm)

Guests can customise preloved and recycled t-shirts to create the unique and sustainable looks, perfect for festivals and summer parties! In the workshop, attendees will learn how to braid, plait and slash t-shirts to completely transform the shape and fit of them.

Shiny Shoe Gliding Workshop, Amey’s Shiney Things (31 May, 12pm – 4pm)

This one-of-a-kind workshop will teach guests how to turn their favourite pair of leather shoes into fabulous statement pieces by the process of prepping, pattern creating and the application of metallic leaf.

Sunglasses Chain Workshop, The Moon Coven (7 June, 1pm – 4pm)

This perfect creative summer activity teaches attendees to add personalised charms to sunglasses chains, perfect for Glastonbury, Ibiza or even just levelling up their summer style!

Tie Dye Bucket Hat Workshop, Buy by Bethan (14 June, 12pm -1pm)

Guests at this fun and colourful summer workshop can learn how to add vibrant dyes and patterns to their very own unique bucket hat. Perfect for attendees to get ready for festival season and a great activity to do with friends.

Charm Bar Workshop, The Diva Den (21 June, 10am – 12pm)

Attendees will learn how to create a personalised necklace or bracelet by choosing from a variety of charms and chains to create their own unique piece of jewellery.

Hunkneebunknee Tufting Workshop  (19 July 12pm-2pm)

Guests will have the opportunity to learn the timeless art of tufting; a textile technique used to create rugs and carpets and will get the chance to create a one-of-a-kind design to take home. This event is perfect for beginners.
