McFly announce huge headline show at a forest less than an hour from Liverpool

McFly have announced they will headline Forest Live, Forestry England’s summer concert series at the stunning Delamere Forest as well as Cannock Chase and High Lodge in June 2026.

Fresh from the biggest UK Arena Tour of 2025 (Busted vs McFLY’s incredible 35 shows!), McFLY will deliver a set that reflects on their impressive career while showcasing tracks from their most recent, full-force rock album, ‘Power to Play’. 

Following an incredible show this past summer at Foresty England ‘s Westonbirt Arboretum, Tom, Harry, Danny and Dougie will be returning to the forest stages across three Forest Live venues in June (Forestry England Thetford High Lodge – 17^th, Delamere Forest – 21^st and Cannock Chase – 28^th). 

Summer 2026 will see pop-rock favourites McFly storming the outoor stages, 22 years since the band first burst onto the scene with breakout hit “Five Colours In Her Hair,” and evolving into one of the UK’s most successful acts. With seven UK number-one singles, including “All About You” and “Star Girl,” alongside seven Top 10 albums and over 10 million sales, McFLY have earned multiple Platinum certifications and a BRIT Award for Best British Pop. 

Joining McFly in the forests will be Scottish alternative rockers Twin Atlantic, the hitmakers behind ‘Heart and Soul’ and ‘Brothers and Sisters’. This year they returned with their anthemic new single Salvation, delivering the arena-ready energy and soaring hooks that have defined their career — the perfect addition to this unmissable summer lineup.

Opening the night will be Remember Monday, the Eurovision stars and TikTok sensations whose anthems ‘What the Hell Just Happened?’ and ‘Happier’, and current single ‘More Than Ever’ have racked up millions of streams, topped charts, and taken them from Wembley Stadium to festival crowds across the UK.

Merging stellar performances from world-class acts with beautiful outdoor locations to create an atmosphere like no other, Forest Live will celebrate its 25^th Anniversary in 2026 with world-class shows in four forest venues: Forestry England’s Cannock Chase, Delamere, High Lodge, Thetford and Westonbirt Arboretum.

Forestry England manage and care for the nation’s 1,500 woods and forests. They use the money Forest Live raises to maintain these beautiful natural areas for everyone to enjoy, run important conservation projects and keep growing trees.

Following a hugely successful run of shows over the past 25 years, this year sees Forestry England present the concert series in partnership with Live Nation’s Cuffe & Taylor for the third year running. 

McFly will play the following shows with support from Twin Atlantic and Remember Monday:

• Thetford Forest 17^th June
• Delamere Forest 21^st June
• Cannock Chase 28^th June

General tickets will go on sale on Friday 14^th November at 10am.
