Here’s 7 things you need to know about Comic Con Liverpool 2019…
1 – To Cosplay, or not to Cosplay?
Will you dress up as your favourite superhero or villain? Maybe your all time top cartoon, film or comic book character? If you’re going to Cosplay, bring your A game because Comic Con Liverpool attracts some of the best, most detailed costumes we’ve ever seen! From Sharknado to Stormtroopers, Disney Princesses to Pirates of the Caribbean, cosplayers go all out to impress.
Ps – It’s totally cool to rock your beloved cult cartoon, tv, film, comic book tee too. Not everyone dresses up and half the fun of Comic Con Liverpool is spotting your faves.
2 – It’s cool to Collab
If you are going full-cosplay, join in the conversation over on the Comic Con Liverpool official Facebook page and find out who’s part of your franchise. Mario looking for a Luigi, Daphne desperately seeing Velma, even Batman and Robin have arranged to meet up at Comic Con Liverpool, months in advance. Keep your eyes peeled for official meet up and photograph times too.
The atmosphere is just brilliant, everyone is friendly and will say yes to having a photograph. Don’t be shy, be super.
3 – Merch-tastic
Comic Con Liverpool gives you the chance to purchase some wicked official merchandise. From original comic books to artwork, posters, figures, costumes, props and more, we advise hitting the cash point on your way to the Exhibition Centre as the queue for the one on site gets hella long!
4 – Special Guest Line Up
You will see famous faces and if the special guests on the 2019 line up happen to be part of your favourite franchise, you will likely lose your sh*t. The Adventures of Superman cast, Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher, Power Rangers old and new, Dark Knight’s Eric Roberts, Rocky legend Burt Young and even Boycee!
