St. Johns reopens this week after celebrating multiple award wins

In addition to the re-opening of non-essential retail this week, St Johns Shopping Centre has another reason to celebrate, having just picked up a series of prestigious retail awards.

The 51-year-old shopping centre has picked up three SCEPTRE awards and a Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice award.

Following last years’ success when St Johns Centre Manager Neil Ashcroft picked up the SCEPTRE award for best Centre Manager, other members of St Johns management team have this year been recognised for their ongoing work to continually improve every aspect of the Centre’s operations and performance, picking up a total of three SCEPTRE awards. The team were also highly commended in two other categories.

The Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice awards are presented to accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travellers and are ranked within the top 10% of properties on Tripadvisor.

Commenting on the multiple awards, Neil Ashcroft, St Johns Centre Manager, said:

As these awards demonstrate, St Johns is now an example of retail excellence and a great visitor destination for anyone from Liverpool or beyond.”
The awards, in combination with others picked up earlier this year, mean that St Johns has now won more awards than any other shopping centre in the UK in 2020.

St Johns Shopping Centre has been providing essential shopping throughout the second national lockdown, with the Centre’s non-essential retailers re-opening on Wednesday 2nd December.
