Event organisers Serena Silcock-Prince (Operations Manager at Silcock Leisure Group) and Charles Law (Director at Masters Putting Green) said:
“We’re looking forward to welcoming families to join us for our first ever Fear By The Pier Halloween event!
“We want this to be a really fun and affordable day out for families this October Half Term.
“We are looking forward to making Silcock’s Pier Family Restaurant and Masters Putting Green as spooky as possible with lots of horrible Halloween decorations.

“Our teams will be wearing Halloween fancy dress – we’re calling them our skeleton staff!
“Silcock’s Funland already has its Halloween decorations up, with prizes to be won in our Prize Shop and in our games.
“We want to offer real value for Fear By The Pier with £10 offering a spooky kids’ meal, 18 holes of crazy golf, a ride on the Carousel, and a ghoulish goody bag.
“Our Hall Of Mirrors, which has free entry, will be getting a ghoulish makeover while Funland will also be open.
“There will be plenty for families to enjoy all in one area.
“Halloween fancy dress is welcome, we’d love to see children and families coming in as ghouls, goblins and witches!
“Our restaurant will be open as normal for anyone wanting to buy additional meals or drinks while they’re here.
“Also on sale will be a special green Halloween cocktail, spooky ice cream, along with green coloured candy floss.
“There are so many brilliant Halloween themed events and attractions to enjoy in Southport this October Half Term, with lots of reasons to visit our town.
“We’re delighted to be able to offer a brand new event that families will love.”
