Absolute Body Solutions is managing an on-site gym at Creamfields 2025

Absolute Body Solutions (ABS) has announced it is managing a new on-site gym at Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields 2025.

In partnership with Box Step Fitness who have provided the state-of-the-art equipment, a new dedicated space for health, fitness and wellness will be located in the ‘Downtown’ Village of this year’s festival.

ABS and its team of PTs will be delivering a full programme of group classes and 5K runs designed to provide a fitness offering like never before.

All campers at the festival will have access to the fully equipped onsite gym featuring eight strength training stations and a functional workout area packed with everything from lat pulldowns and leg presses to bicep curls and pec fly machines. Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or simply want to get moving before the music begins, ABS will have the class for you.

Signature ABS classes at Creamfields 2025 include:

Sunrise Shred – A high-energy full body morning session to kickstart your day with purpose, including a mix of body weight and equipment based training
Rave Ready Cardio – A metabolic workout and cardio exercises with some weights and bodyweight exercises thrown in to set you up for the day ahead
5K Creamfields Run – Join the ABS team for a scenic and social run through the festival site
Sun’s Out, Gun’s Out – A 20 minute upper body workout

Plus, win a full-body transformation

To celebrate their Creamfields debut, ABS is launching a competition to win a six-week transformation programme at one of their premium training studios. The winner will receive tailored workouts, nutrition support and expert coaching to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Festivalgoers can find the Creamfields Gymnasium and Fitness Zone in the new Downtown Village, alongside other wellness options. The award-winning 4 day festival returns to Cheshire from Thursday 21^st – Sunday 24^th August Bank Holiday weekend.
