Adventure Dock Co launch special sessions for youngsters to make a splash!

With the summer holidays fast approaching kids aged six to twelve can now make a big splash at Liverpool’s most exciting summer attraction, The Adventure Dock Co, at special sessions every Saturday morning.

Until now the adrenaline-fueled 92-metre floating obstacle course was only open to people aged 8 and up. But with the addition of Little Adventure sessions it means more young families can get involved in the action.

Little Adventure sessions will run every Saturday morning from 9am to 10am, starting on 30 June and finishing on 1 September. The latest announcement will allow younger families to enjoy the course together and is a perfectly-timed treat for the school holidays.

Tim Woodhead, creator of The Adventure Dock, said: “With the sun coming out and such high demand from families we’re delighted we can now get younger children on to the water park to enjoy the thrills and spills of the Adventure Dock.

“We’ve tailored these sessions to ensure the safety of our youngest visitors but with the holidays around the corner it will be great to see the smiling faces of the children after they’ve tackled the exhilarating course. Due to the limited capacity of these sessions we encourage visitors to book their tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.”

Located on Dukes Dock, next to the Albert Dock, the Ninja Warrior-style floating obstacle course has already provided endless amounts of fun in the sun during its first month, with thousands of people enjoying the thrill of the aqua park.

The Little Adventure sessions will have a limited capacity and children must be accompanied by an adult to ensure the safety of the youngest adventurers. With a ratio of 4 kids to 1 adult these sessions are a great way for families to conquer the inflatables as a group.

With splashing, sliding and endless amounts of fun guaranteed, it’s a great way to kick-start your action-packed weekend. Tickets start from £20 or £18 for groups of four or more.
