Advertorial
The Jockey Club and The Guide Liverpool invite you to Ladies Day – ‘A Grand Day In’ to celebrate the style and fashion of the Randox Health Grand National Festival from home.
The Style Award typically takes place each year on Ladies Day and is one of the highlights of the three-day Festival; seeing hundreds of fabulous entries of individuals presenting their own style.
So whilst you might not be able to be at the races right now, we still want to celebrate your amazing sense of style and create a little bit of fun, at this difficult time for everyone.
Ladies Day – ‘A Grand Day In’ gives you the opportunity to get glammed up at home with your family. Wear the race day outfit you were planning to wear at this year’s Festival and enter our virtual Style Award on Friday 3rd April.
Our very own Jay Hynd and Gemma Cutting will be judging the competition and choosing two winners on Monday 6th April.

Gemma & Jay
We want to give individuals something to smile about, so have hospitality prizes up for grabs for the ‘Best Dressed Female’ and ‘Best Dressed Male’ to the 2021 Randox Health Grand National Festival.
Just take a picture of yourself in your full race day outfit – we want to see your dress, bag, shoes and hat/fascinator! Or if you’re a guy, let’s see that amazing suit and shoes.
If you don’t feel comfortable dressing up at the moment, that’s okay too. Why not take a flat-lay photo, and show us your full outfit that way instead? As long as we see your full outfit then your entry will be accepted.
Join Aintree Racecourse and The Guide Liverpool for A Grand Day In, on what would’ve been Ladies Day at the Randox Health Grand National Festival on Friday 3 April.
Jay Hynd, Director of The Guide Liverpool said “We all know how much effort and expense is put into organising a day at Ladies Day and the Randox Health Grand National, especially from the ladies and gentlemen who attend from our city. We are delighted to be teaming up with The Jockey Club and Aintree Racecourse to help lift spirits for those who were planning to attend the three day Festival. I’m looking forward to getting out of my comfies for the day and I hope you will too. For the judging we will simply be looking for an outfit and a smile that shines in these uncertain times, let’s all have a giggle and A Grand Day In.”

Last years Style Award winner Sue Moon
