Albert’s Schloss is officially opening its doors on Bold Street this weekend

Albert’s Schloss Liverpool is set to open its doors on Bold Street, Liverpool on Friday 2nd December.
Albert’s Schloss will breathe new life into the former food market at Radiant House—and will be serving up its Alpine-inspired dishes and present its world-class entertainment schedule.
The seven days of showtime kick off on Mondays with Back to Mein featuring special guest DJs playing their personal record collection; followed by Tuesdays with Bertie’s Band showcasing a musical exploration of artisanal beats and vibes.
Midweek on Wednesdays will see Albert’s Schloss specially curated Kunst Kabaret in collaboration with Monkey 47 to present extreme and flamboyant live performances from the cabaret underworld. Thursdays will present another signature showtime with Baby Grand Slam featuring one stage, two duelling pianists and endless requests from the audience.
Moving on to the weekend, Fridays will see Friday Frölich! with haus band and interactive artists; continued with Pleasure Palace on Saturdays for a splendour night of decadence and delight. Finishing on Sundays, the Sunday Service will be a wholesome day with haus band, rotating DJs, Cook Haus roasts with grooves, gravy and good times.
Opening seven days a week from 9am, Albert’s Schloss Liverpool will be serving up breakfast until 12pm daily. The breakfast menu includes signature freshly haus-baked Kroissant Royale with sweet slow cooked onions, gouda, Burford Brown fried egg, crispy shallots and chives – with a choice of Smoked Back Bacon, Bratwurst, or a vegan Moving Mountains Sausage available.
Another haus special is the Pancake Haus with a choice of a savoury Maple Bacon + Burford Brown Egg, or a sweet Vanilla Berries + Cream. Further classic options are also available, including a full Cook Haus Breakfast, Spicy Mushroom Royale, Turkish Eggs and more.
The site will also be home to Haus of Schloss which is a unique drinking and dining space with room for up to 14 guests. Perfect for those looking to hire a semi-private space, the team has designed six unique packages. All six experiences will feature Alpine-inspired food and drink, including Haus-made Schnapps, Bavarian Feastin’, Alpine Wine, Fondue, Bavarian Bier + Cocktails, plus other offerings such as a Cocktail Masterclass and Boho Brunch.
Albert’s Schloss Liverpool opens seven days a week, Monday to Sunday, from 9am until midnight.
