Are your kids ready to ‘Action Dash’ for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation?

Let the kids burn off steam, have loads of fun and raise funds for a fantastic cause, all in one go!

The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation launches its kids ‘Action Dash’ on Sunday 8th July 2018 at the Isla Gladstone Conservatory in Stanley Park. Aimed at children age 4 to 8, with boundless energy, this specially designed course features a range of obstacles and challenges including a tyre run, straw bale climb, camo crawl, hurdle jump and sack race finish!

All children who take part will receive their very own Action Dash war paint at the start and a medal to say that they completed it. It’s just £4 to take on the obstacle course, and tickets must be bought online in advance. Simply take your e-ticket to the event 15 mins before your time slot and get ready to rumble!

The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is encouraging all participants to raise £10 in sponsorship before the event and all of the money raised will go towards fighting lung cancer. Every child who raises £10 or more will be entered into a draw to with a 6-month family pass for Lifestyles, which includes access to a Swimming, Steam room, Sauna, Jacuzzi Group classes as well as Badminton and Squash courts.

If all that wasn’t enough, if you raise the most sponsorship money for Action Dash, you will win a huge prize pack including a Family Martial Arts 1 Starter Pack including uniform, gloves, 1 month of classes and 1 x birthday parties, including cut your cake with a samurai sword, 2 x packs of 52 Mitchy Titch Yoga cards, presented in their own drawstring bag and 2 x family passes (4 people) for Area 51 Laser Quest, how good is that?

There will be other activities for families to check out on the day plus you can grab a well earned bite to eat and cold drink at Kemps Bistro at the Isla Gladstone Conservatory too, so why not make a day of it?
