This Summer, the Baltic Market celebrates its eighth birthday with a two-week food festival full of flavour and huge discounts.

From Wednesday 30th July to Sunday 10th August, unlock the Baltic with a brand new Birthday Passport that gets you exclusive dishes, half-price pints, and limited edition drinks – all while enjoying your favourite traders, live music, DJs, and the energy of Liverpool’s first street food market.

This year’s birthday is all about the Baltic Passport – your golden ticket to exclusive discounts, drinks, and dishes.

For just £5, Passport holders get:

• A free White Claw to kick things off
• Collect 6 stamps and receive a free themed Birthday Cocktail
• 2-for-1 Birthday Cocktails all weekend
• Half-price pints at the bar
• Access to a special £5 Signature Dishes Menus from all traders to taste your way across the market

The £5 signature dishes include:

• Hafla Hafla – Salt & Pepper Halloumi Fries
• Çat Kapı – Turkish Sausage
