Batman Unmasked: A must-visit experience just a train ride away from Liverpool

This is your signal to experience Batman Unmasked, a captivating exhibition featuring an elaborate collection of Batman memorabilia from the Warner Bros. archives.
This unique exhibition offers fans an exclusive opportunity to experience the world of Batman like never before.
Opening its doors at Depot Mayfield in Manchester on 16 July and running until 26 August, Batman Unmasked will then move to London’s Covent Garden from 6 September through to 3 November.
This means Liverpool residents have the opportunity to visit the Manchester exhibit just a short train ride away.
The exhibition features an extensive collection of original props and costumes from the Caped-Crusaders movies, including classics like Batman (1989), Batman Forever (1995), The Dark Knight trilogy, and recent hits like Joker (2019) and The Batman (2022).
Visitors will navigate through a series of themed rooms, each designed to transport them into the heart of Gotham City. They will encounter awe-inspiring Batsuits worn by iconic actors such as Robert Pattinson, Christian Bale, and Michael Keaton.
The display will also include original vehicles like the Tumbler and Batpod from The Dark Knight (2008), and the Batmobile and Batcycle from The Batman (2022).
A highlight of the exhibition is The Rogue’s Gallery, a dark and mysterious space dedicated to the DC Super-Villains Batman has battled over the years.
Fans will marvel at an array of suits, props, and weapons used by infamous villains, including Uma Thurman’s Poison Ivy outfit, Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn costume, Jim Carrey’s Riddler outfit, and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Mr. Freeze suit.
With Joker: Folie A Deux set to release soon, fans can also see the red suit worn by Joaquin Phoenix in Joker and Heath Ledger’s infamous nurse’s uniform from The Dark Knight.
Batman Unmasked isn’t just for die-hard fans. Younger visitors can explore hidden facts throughout the exhibition and capture memorable moments with numerous photo opportunities.
At the end of the journey, guests can unwind in a free-flow comic book and gaming area before browsing exclusive Batman Unmasked merchandise, including special items celebrating Batman’s 85th anniversary.
