Two culinary powerhouses in Liverpool, Big Lola’s Taqueria and Maray, are teaming up for a one-of-a-kind collaboration.
On Tuesday, April 30, foodies in Liverpool will be treated to a fusion of Middle Eastern and Mexican flavors as Big Lola’s Taqueria on Smithdown Road hosts this special collaboration with Maray.
Renowned for their bold and innovative approach to cuisine, Maray will lend its Middle Eastern-inspired dishes to Big Lola’s, where they will be given a Mexican twist for this unique dining experience.
The collaboration menu is set to feature a mouthwatering array of dishes, including a disco cauliflower and falafel taco, lamb shawarma birria, dopiaza nachos, and bread and butter churros.
It’s a culinary mashup that promises to delight adventurous food lovers and offer a fresh take on their traditional favourites.
The event kicks off at 4.00pm, with guests invited to dine in or take away. No reservations are required, so diners can simply walk in and immerse themselves in the culinary magic of this exclusive collab.
