Bill's is serving up a Veganuary feast at Liverpool ONE

Liverpool ONE all day dining venue, Bill’s has launched a tasty Veganuary menu that packs a flavour punch.

If you’re going plant-based and taking on Veganuary this January or just looking for fabulous new vegan restaurants, head to Bill’s at Thomas Steers Way, Liverpool ONE. The new Vegan Set Menu is available Monday to Friday until 7pm and offers 2 courses for £11.95 or 3 course for £14.95.

The “Duck” Salad is going to be a huge hit. Made with seitan it’s 100% vegan, while the Aubergine, Lentil & Chickpea Dhal is the perfect dish to get you warmed through while out shopping. If you’re anything like us, we know you always have room for dessert, try the refreshing Coconut Ice Cream with Mango Sauce and Coconut Flakes, you wont regret it. The set menu is available now and there’s a whole host of additional vegan specials served from 10th January 2019 too.

30th March 2019 is Earth Hour and Bill’s is proud to take part in one of the biggest movements to protect our planet. Bill’s restaurants mark the day by going ‘lights out’ a symbolic show of solidarity for the planet. They will switch off all of the lights in our restaurant for 60 minutes on 30th March allowing guests to dine purely by candlelight!

Bill’s is famous for their delicious pancakes so they couldn’t not celebrate the best day of the year! Bill’s is running a 10 day long celebration of pancake day!! With a new pancake menu featuring 5 new dishes including vegan and gluten free pancakes from 1st March until 10th March 2019.

The Monday – Friday set menu at Bill’s is great value. Dining out mid-week doesn’t need to break the bank and they’ve got you covered with a daily set menu from 12pm until 7pm.

Bill’s is a great venue for winter dining whether you’re taking on Veganuary, or just looking for some great comfort food. From indulgent hot chocolates to Macaroni cheese and chunky buttermilk chicken burgers, there’s a dish for everyone. Bill’s welcomes families too with little dishes tailored for hungry bellies. If you’re also taking on Dry January this month (go you!) Bill’s offers a great value afternoon tea menu that is a perfect treat and distraction from the pub. Basically we’re swapping fizz for cake! The Tea Time menu features cream teas, complete with scones, clotted cream and jam, plus puddings such as salted caramel crumble, Eton mess and vegan ice cream and sorbet. Oh go on, treat yourself!
