There’s a full month of fun on the cards as Bowring Park & Golf Course gets ready to host its biggest and most exciting summer programme to date.

From superhero appearances and singalong sessions to dog shows, creative workshops and pop-up food and drink, August at Bowring Park is shaping up to be a celebration of community, creativity and summer in the city.

Whether you’re looking for a free day out with the kids, something a bit different to do midweek, or a chilled-out evening with live music and a drink in hand, the historic green space just off the M62 has something for everyone.
