Bowring Park hosts £1 school uniform pop-up to help families this summer

Families in Knowsley can get ready for the new school year without breaking the bank on their child’s school uniform thanks to a special pop-up sale at Bowring Park.

On Tuesday 19 August, from 11am to 2pm, premium brand-new school uniform items – still with tags – will be available for just £1 each.

The sale will include sizes for both primary and secondary school pupils, with everything sold on a first-come, first-served basis under the park’s canopy.

The event is a partnership between Bowring Park and local community group Rebuild with Hope, aiming to support families, cut clothing waste, and make schoolwear affordable ahead of September.

Chloe Clarke, Creative Director at Bowring Park, said:

“Uniform costs can be a huge pressure for parents, and this is our way of helping out while keeping great-quality clothes out of landfill.”
