BOXPARK launches search for the Country’s best food and drink operators

Award-winning dining, retail and leisure operator BOXPARK, opening in Autumn 2023, has announced today that applications are now open for prospective food traders.
Focussing on emerging and independent street food businesses on a regional and national scale, BOXPARK Liverpool will launch with bring an exciting new offering to the city.
BOXPARK Liverpool will feature eight kitchens, showcasing a curated selection of the country’s best street food traders with global cuisine at the heart of the proposition. All successful traders will be given a fully fitted plug and play commercial kitchen worth £100k including all extraction, refrigeration and preparation equipment ready to launch their street food offering.
Boxpark Liverpool will focus on championing local independent businesses, both through its food offering and also through its extensive entertainment offering.

Successful applicants will have access to world class kitchen units, and we will be continuing to invest heavily in technology to deliver a seamless customer experience.”
Spanning 21,000 sq. ft and holding 600 covers, BOXPARK Liverpool will include 8 kitchen units, and bars inside and in our 5000 sq ft external garden.
The group is investing more than £3.5m into the Baltic Triangle and is expected to bring 150 new jobs to the local community. On top of this, the scheme will also drive a significant volume of footfall to the area, with over a million people expected to visit each year*.
BOXPARK has agreed a 15-year lease with Cains Brewery Village for the site, located within the city’s booming Baltic Triangle. The venue will be transformed into a stunning food hall and events destination featuring a large internal space with units set over the ground floor, a small internal mezzanine, and an external terrace.
BOXPARK Liverpool will be the first of its kind outside of London adding to the three current sites in Shoreditch, Croydon and Wembley.
