The Wheelbarrow located next to Greenbank Sports Academy, has something to suit everyone this Christmas.
Operated by the owners of neighbouring Watering Can, The Wheelbarrow has become a firm favourite in South Liverpool and its owners have lined up the perfect festive season with a host of magical events for all of the family.
Natural Wreath Making and craft markets
On Friday 1st December The ‘Crafty Monkeys’ will be hosting a fantastic evening of natural wreath making and a Christmas market with a bowl of hearty Stew and a glass of fizz included (vegan option provided). As well as creating your own wreath, guests will enjoy live music and be able to peruse a craft market where local independent sellers will be showcasing their creations.

Breakfast with ‘The Real Santa’
Find out if you are on the good list or the naughty list on Saturday 9th December from 9am-11am while you enjoy breakfast with ‘The Real Santa’. As breakfast is served Santa will be making his way to the Winter Wheelbarrow Wonderland to ensure that your little ones have a magical experience as anticipation grows for the big day. For £27.80 per person, including gift for child and booking fee make sure that your build up to Christmas is a memorable one.

Allerton Brass Band with Festive Afternoon Tea
If you really want to get into the festive spirit, it doesn’t get more Christmassy than listening to the Allerton Brass Band playing all the Christmas classics whilst enjoying a Christmas inspired Afternoon Tea. Sing-a-long or simply reminisce with family or friends on Saturday 16th December as The Wheelbarrow will be hosting two sittings 1pm or 3pm, whilst the Brass Band play from 2pm till 4pm. There will be a vegetarian and a meat option available. Enjoy all the nostalgia of Christmas past for £35pp, Seats are limited and can be booked HERE.

With the festive season fast approaching the soon to be beautifully decorated venue with it’s versatile lay out and parking on site is also filling the diary with a variety of private and corporate bookings. Some slots still available if you wish to hire the venue for your own private festive celebrations. With capacity for up 150 people and a late licence option available, buffets starting from £15 per head and space for DJ and live music
