The Boss is back! Legendary rock icon Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band are bringing their electrifying live show to Anfield Stadium next summer as part of their highly anticipated 2025 European tour.

When are they playing?

Bruce Springsteen will take the stage at Anfield Stadium on Wednesday, June 4 and an additional date on Saturday, June 7, 2025. With over 50 years of incredible music and a reputation for delivering marathon shows that go deep into his catalogue, we know these shows are going to be one to remember.

How to get tickets

Tickets for the concert will go on general sale at 10am on Friday, October 11, 2024. Keep an eye on Bruce Springsteen’s official website and Anfield’s ticketing platform for updates.

How to get to Anfield

Anfield Stadium is one of the most iconic venues in the world, and it’s easy to get to from the heart of Liverpool:

  • By Train: Liverpool Lime Street is the main station, with frequent trains from across the UK. From Lime Street, it’s a short taxi ride or bus journey to Anfield.
  • By Bus: There are regular bus services from the city centre to the stadium. Bus routes 26 and 17, some of the quickest options. 
  • By Car: If you’re driving, parking can be tricky around Anfield on event days, so it’s recommended to book parking in advance at nearby locations or use the official park-and-ride services.

Who else is playing Anfield?

Bruce Springsteen isn’t the only big name lighting up Anfield in 2025. Alongside The Boss, Billy Joel and Dua Lipa are also set to perform at the iconic venue next summer.

In recent years, it has played host to some of the industry’s biggest names, including Elton John, P!NK, and Taylor Swift, with over 250,000 fans attending concerts at the venue this past summer alone.

Since 2019, seven artists have played 11 concerts at Anfield, drawing close to half a million fans and contributing over £31 million to Liverpool’s local economy.

Possible Set List

Springsteen’s setlists are famous for being epic and varied, often spanning over three hours. Expect to hear timeless anthems like Born to Run, Dancing in the Dark, Thunder Road, and The River, alongside newer tracks from his more recent albums.

The Boss is known for switching things up night to night, so there might be some surprises in store too!

Possible duets or special guests

Bruce Springsteen concerts are known for their unpredictability, and fans are always eager for a special guest appearance or duet.

Paul McCartney has been known to share the stage with The Boss… so could Macca join him on one of these Anfield shows? Only time will tell.

Homebaked Anfield is located near the stadium, this community bakery is known for its delicious pies and pastries – perfect for a quick, tasty bite.

If you’re heading into Liverpool city centre before the gig, there are endless dining options, from fine dining options like Queens Bistro on Queens Avenue and Gaucho to restaurants like Indian Tiffin Room and Sapporo on Duke Street.
