The evening of Ladies Day is always a glamorous affair in Liverpool and this year was no exception especially after Zara Phillips, The queens granddaughter, was spotted enjoying dinner at Liverpool’s iconic San Carlo restaurant.

The equestrian Olympic medal winner arrived with her husband Mike Tindall, chose to sit at a central table in the restaurant and enjoyed dinner with retired Jockey Tony McCoy. The party left the restaurant at around midnight, heading back to their hotels to prepare for Saturday’s Grand National.
Also spotted on castle street earlier in the evening where X Factors Liverpool locals Rebecca Furgeson & Marcus Collins.
The pair were spotted at the classy Nova 48 cocktail bar, which opened its doors to castle street last May, enjoying the some of the 25 cocktails Nova 48 have on offer.
Marcus Collins, who is currently performing in the west ends ‘kinky boots’ couldn’t resist coming home for the big races weekend.
