Liverpool City Council is looking to work with the private rented sector to help reduce the amount of money spent supporting families facing homelessness. The Council has seen temporary accommodation costs rise from £250,000 in 2019, to a projected £25m by the end of this financial year.

Woolton Hall was built in 1704 and has since served various purposes including a school and an army hospital during WW1.
