Celebrate the naming of Cunard’s Queen Anne in style at OH ME OH MY

OH ME OH MY is a stunning venue set by the Three Graces and close to the River Mersey, and they’re getting ready to welcome Cunard’s Queen Anne in style.
There’s a series of themed events coming to OH ME OH MY, starting off with a special date in honour of the naming of the Queen Anne cruise liner in Liverpool on Monday 3 June.
When the sunshine kisses the city each the summer, the roof garden escape has possibly one of Liverpool’s finest views. High above the streets and with the glittering waterfront below, GOODNESS GRACIOUS is a truly spectacular setting, perfect for a cocktail or two as the sun sets in the distance.Â
Afternoon Tea and all events are at OH ME OH MY are curated by Claire Lara, a Masterchef: The Professionals winner who knows a thing of two about crafting mouth-watering seasonal menus.
Each Afternoon Tea service includes petit-fours, scones and finger sandwiches with LEAF’s loose-leaf teas (don’t worry – there are Prosecco and Champagne options too).
Monday 3 June – Queen Anne Spectacular Supper
Monday 3 June will see thousands of visitors flock to the city for a very special celebration for the Queen Anne naming ceremony at the Pier Head.
From 6.30pm, the Queen Anne Spectacular Supper includes a welcome glass of Henners Brut on arrival with amuse bouche and a 3-course dinner service; then the celebrations go upstairs to GOODNESS GRACIOUS for a rooftop sail away party and incredible views of the action; and to finish, the firework display begins and sparklers will be given out to all guests.Â
Saturday 15 June – Afternoon Tea – Taylor’s Version
Is the city ready for how wild this is going to be? One of the biggest weekends of the year is incoming with a certain global star performing in Liverpool. On Saturday 15 June, there’s a special afternoon of friendship bracelets and sweet treats to celebrate Taylor Swift’s epic Liverpool takeover. This Afternoon Tea is pure heaven for all Swifties.
Sunday 23 June & Sunday 28 July – Disco Afternoon Tea
There are two Disco Afternoon Tea dates for the diary this summer. Both feature a DJ spinning delicious disco at OH ME OH MY, sound-tracking a perfect afternoon of food, drink and fun.
Sunday 21 July – Brunch & Ballroom
Join in for an afternoon of delicious food and delectable dance moves. The fantastic James Wilson – Strictly’s choreographer – hosts his latest Brunch and Ballroom special, suitable for all abilities from seasoned dance-floor aficionados to those more at beginner’s level. Under James’ tutelage, learn all things Cha Cha Cha under the twinkling lights over one and half hours, followed by a two-course brunch – so it’s time to dig out the sequins and get ready to dance the afternoon away with James.
Sunday 25 August – Back to the 80s Afternoon Tea
Join OH ME OH MY for a delicious Afternoon Tea and live DJ on the August Bank Holiday weekend – get ready for an afternoon of 80s classics.
Monday 26 August – Back to the 90s Afternoon Tea
And to see out the Bank Holiday weekend in style, there a Summer Afternoon Tea service with live DJ for a throwback to the 90s and wall-to-wall tunes.Â
OH ME OH MY is also bookable for weddings and events in the idyllic twinkly space downstairs and with its secret hideaway up on the roof, the spectacular GOODNESS GRACIOUS.
