Charity Takeover Week: Meet the inspirational Beth Philpotts, patient at Clatterbridge

As you will have seen today we are shining a light on one of Merseyside’s best loved and most iconic charities – Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.

We have met nurses & staff from Clatterbridge and it is now time to meet one of the patients who benefits from the work that Clatterbridge Cancer Charity does.

Beth Philpotts was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012,  which has now spread to her liver, bones and her brain. She is currently undergoing treatment at Clatterbridge with new trials, giving her new hope. We think you will agree with us that Beth is a pretty incredible and very inspirational lady. Watch the video for more and hear in a patients words just how important it is to raise awareness and vital funds for this fantastic charity.
