The 10-Course Tasting Menu extravaganza will see Eddie and Louisa create a combined menu comprising five courses from each chef.
The mouth watering menu includes includes chicken taco with chilli & mango chutney, duck ham with English asparagus, egg yolk puree & mushroom, poached pollock with chicken skin & confit leek and cherry magnum with white chocolate & yuzu.
As an experienced and gifted chef, Liverpool based Eddie has worked in a diverse range of kitchens including having served as Head Chef at two AA Rosette rated 4-star hotel The Inn on the Lake, in Glenridding, and through his freelance business, Kilty & Co., working for chefs including Andrew Pern at the Michelin Starred, Star Inn at Harome and Emily Watkins’ at the Kingham Plough in the Cotswolds. Born and raised in Liverpool, Eddie’s style of cooking showcases his modern contemporary style.
Louisa has worked in Michelin star kitchen at Adams Restaurant, Birmingham and became a finalist on of MasterChef The Professionals 2017. At the time, she was a Junior Sous Chef at The Wilderness in Birmingham working closely with the menus and experimenting with new and unusual foods.
Louisa now runs her own innovative private dining business which also sees her deliver cookery classes and pop ups throughout the UK.
There are only 45 places available at the exclusive event with tickets priced at £80 per head with wine flight at an additional cost. Pepper Ink Events will be running the bar and wine service.
West Allerton based Eddie Kilty said: “Louisa and I met at The Watercress Challenge event in London earlier this year. I love her style of cooking. We thought it would be great to collaborate on a pop up and so here it is! We are both really excited at the prospect of cooking together again. It is going o be a fun evening at 17 Love Lane.”
