The stage is set for an unforgettable summer at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, as the popular shopping destination confirms the next exciting event for its 30th anniversary celebrations; an exclusive music gig, headlined by an iconic 2000s music act.
Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is setting the stage for a summer to remember with the announcement of an exclusive live music event—one of the flagship moments in its ongoing 30th anniversary celebrations.
Taking place on the evening of Friday 6 June, the event will feature a one-off performance by a chart-topping music act renowned for a string of UK number-one hits and iconic tracks from the early 2000s. A specially constructed stage on site will host the performance, delivering a vibrant, festival-style atmosphere at the popular shopping destination.
The evening will be hosted by Hits Radio DJ Kimberly Wyatt, with an additional live DJ set from Take That’s Howard Donald, promising an unforgettable experience for shoppers and music fans alike.

Importantly, the event will be free of charge, open to all customers and members of the local community on the day. While the headline act remains under wraps for now, the night is set to deliver high-energy entertainment and celebrate three decades of style, community, and culture at Cheshire Oaks.
In line with its commitment to the local community, Cheshire Oaks will also be recognising and rewarding its charity partners, staff, and their families. Selected guests from organisations such as The Hospice of the Good Shepherd, Koala, Flynns Port in the Storm, and Claire House will receive exclusive golden circle access, offering the best views of the stage.
Additionally, a limited number of VIP guests from the community will enjoy a meet-and-greet experience with the headline act, making the celebration all the more memorable for those in attendance.
This live music event serves as a central highlight in the outlet’s wider anniversary campaign, which reflects on Cheshire Oaks’ journey since its launch in 1995 and explores the evolution of consumer habits over the past three decades.
Earlier this year, Cheshire Oaks released its 2025 Style Report, revealing that 63% of UK shoppers now prefer in-person retail experiences over online alternatives. The report also pointed to a growing return of nostalgic fashion trends, including 90s-inspired staples like baggy trousers and double denim, signalling a renewed embrace of style eras that defined the outlet’s early years.
With fashion, entertainment, and community spirit at its heart, Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet’s anniversary year continues to celebrate the past while looking ahead to an exciting future.

Kenny Murray, General Manager at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, said:
“This anniversary is a moment to celebrate the rich history and vibrant future of Cheshire Oaks. We have evolved continuously over the last three decades, and now it’s time to celebrate in true style.
“Over our 30 years we’ve built a real sense of community that makes this centre special and we want to celebrate this milestone with the local area and people so close to our heart.”
“This summer’s music event, crowned by a secret headline act, promises to be a truly special experience, and a way that we can give back to the loyal customers who have trusted us to bring them the latest fashion trends since the 90s, we can’t wait to enjoy it with them.”
