Come inside the new look Pizza Express in Liverpool ONE

Pizza Express is celebrating the launch of its exciting new look restaurant at Liverpool ONE.

This spacious, stylish restaurant, on The Terrace, has been totally transformed.

With views stretching towards Liverpool’s iconic waterfront, the restaurant has a new bar where customers can wait with a drink until a table is ready, as well as new banquette seating and pizzaiola counter.

The outside dining area has been updated with new furniture, planters and heated umbrellas.

Manager, Dave Rayner, said: “We love our restaurant’s stunning new look and have a friendly and enthusiastic team who are looking forward to welcoming everyone over a delicious pizza.”

PizzaExpress has been dishing up fresh, handmade pizza at Liverpool ONE since 2010.

Recently new specials have been launched including, for the first time in PizzaExpress’ 51 year history, a Hawaiian pizza, as well as the first ever gluten-free dough balls and a refreshed Leggera Superfood Salad which comes in under 500 calories.

For younger pizza-lovers, the PizzaExpress’ Piccolo menu is full of tasty choices including ‘Create Your Own’ pizza, and starts at just £3.95.  And for budding chefs looking to celebrate a birthday, a Pizza Making Party will see them transformed into pizzaiolos so they can stretch, toss and top their own pizza and play party games before sitting down to enjoy their culinary creations.

PizzaExpress has been obsessed with pizza ever since its founder Peter Boizot opened his first restaurant on Wardour Street in London’s Soho in 1965.

PizzaExpress was one of the first restaurants to adopt open kitchens where its skilled pizzaiolos stretch, toss and top each freshly prepared pizza.
