Crowne Plaza Liverpool tell us about the secrets to their 18 year success

It is one of the city’s most well known hotels, and can you believe it has been serving Liverpool for 16 years this year. Crowne Plaza opened it’s doors on our famous waterfront back in 1998 and has become one of the most successful hotels in the area.
We caught up with general manager of 16 years, Steve Roberts about how him and his team have stayed a cut above the rest for so long, how they have adapted themselves to the city’s ever growing tourist industry, and what changes are underway as the hotel moves into it’s next 16 years. Plus we get a first look at the newly refurbished Crowne Plaza suites.
