Days Out: Captain Pool needs more crew for adventures on the High Sea!

The Summer holidays are still in full swing and St George’s Hall has a maritime adventure to get you through the final stretch!
St George’s Hall invites you to come on board and meet the friendly Captain Pool and his Mersey Mariners, Harry, Joe, Bosun Bell, and Shanty Sam who are setting sail on the high seas throughout August.
But before they can set sail, they will need more ship mates on board! Bring your little crew along to learn the ropes, literally!
This fun-packed and activity filled event promises to make ship-shape sailors of those who are a little green around the gills!
Heading out of the port of Liverpool, Captain Pool will meet pirates who want to steal his ship and look for thelegendary treasure hidden in a faraway land. But help his at hand in the shape of the mythical mermaid who will help Captain Pool and his Mersey Mariners get their ship back from the evil pirates and find the treasure!
Once they have taken the ship back from the pirates, they must navigate their way back to Liverpool, back to safety. But danger lurks around every corner and Captain Pool will need the help of the bravest greenhornsto get his ship back to Liverpool!
The nautical adventure has been accredited by The Children’s University as an official learning destination.As well as being part of Captain Pool’s adventure, little greenhorns will learn about life aboard a ship, discover how navigation and tides are important to any journey, work together to overcome the evil pirates and much more…
