Sprout

Sprout is a dedicated CRM marketing automation platform, built specifically for the hospitality, leisure and events industry. The CRM platform allows F&B brands to aggregate data from all their multiple data channels (i.e. website, wi-fi, reservation, loyalty, epos), manage and structure that data and then finally leverage that data through numerous communication tools, including email, SMS and automations.

Importantly, the platform was built for operators, by operators. Sprout launched a year ago in the UK, working across restaurants, bars, pubs, QSR and late-night operators. Already, the company works with over 50 major UK hospitality brands, including Il Forno, Lerpwl, 92 Degrees, Veeno, London Cocktail Clubs, Chopstix, Vapiano and many more.
