Disney On Ice presents ‘Frozen’ skates into the Echo Arena this month

On a scale of one to ten how excited will the kids be at this news? In fact never mind the kids the whole Guide Liverpool team have just ‘Let It Go’Â into full song after realising Disney on Ice presents Frozen at the Echo Arena is just over a week away!
Enter a fantastical winter wonderland beyond imagination with the heartwarming Academy Award®-winning tale we all love, now a full length production live on ice and skating into our Echo Arena.
Be magically whisked away to wintry Arendelle by dazzling special effects and astonishing skating as you sing and dance along to inspiring and favourite songs including “Let It Go”, “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?”, “For the First Time in Forever”, “Love is An Open Door” and “Fixer Upper.”
Join royal sisters Anna and Elsa, the hilarious snowman Olaf, rugged mountain man Kristoff and his loyal reindeer Sven, as they journey to discover that true love is the most magical power of all! Hosted by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, with special appearances by beloved Disney Princesses and characters from all-time favourites like Disney•Pixar’s Toy Story, Finding Nemo and Disney’s The Lion King. Plus, warm up for the show and learn the snowman dance, during the Fit to Dance pre-show. This unforgettable celebration of love and friendship will leave your family with memories to last a lifetime.

- Elsa’s Ice Queen Dress is all hand painted silk chiffon by Parsons-Meares, a world class costume shop in New York City
- Elsa has her own unique snowflake pattern on her Ice Queen Dress
- There are 39 performers in the production, 108 costumes and over 100 people helped create the costumes
- It takes about 20 hours to set up the production…..and 5-7 hours to tear down
- There are 20 crew members & staff that travel with the Disney On Ice presents Frozen production….they travel on 3 buses whilst the huge production travels to each city in 16 trucks
- There are over 200 props in the show and 20 snow machines
