Pioneering restaurant and bar group, The New World Trading Company (NWTC), has launched a new app to reward customer loyalty as part of its ongoing nationwide expansion.
The ‘My New World’ app provides customers with 5% credit from their total spend every time they use it at any of the Group’s 22 venues across the UK including the likes of ‘The Botanist’ and ‘The Florist’. Credits will be added to a customer’s balance, which can then be redeemed against food and drink purchases.
Local venues include The Club House, Liverpool ONE, Smugglers Cove at the Royal Albert Dock and the ever popular Florist on Hardman Street.
Customers can use the app to find their local NWTC venue, make bookings, view menus, find out information such as opening times and contact details, sign-up to newsletters and purchase NWTC gift cards.
The app launches as NWTC plans to open a further six venues over the coming months. This includes expansion of ‘The Botanist’ brand, with new venues in Coventry and Cheltenham on course to open this year. Further openings for this cornerstone brand are also planned for Bath, Cardiff and Exeter in 2019, while next year also sees the opening of a third site for ‘The Florist’ in Watford.
Chris Hill, Chief Executive of NWTC, comments: “We’re bucking the trend and growing in a competitive market, and it’s important we thank our customers for helping make this possible. ‘My New World’ rewards customer loyalty with strong levels of credits that can be quickly accrued and turned into valuable discounts. We are sure that this will prove to be a popular app in Liverpool as we have three very successful brands in The Club House, Smugglers Cove and The Florist in the city”
“Rewarding customer loyalty, whilst also better engaging with customers on-the-move, will help us grow our customer base in line with our national expansion programme.”
The ‘My New World’ app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play. Users can create an account using their email address or sign-in with Facebook.
