This Valentine’s Day enjoy the luxurious menu of indulgent treats created especially for the 14th February at Thornton Hall.
Tuck into their tasting menu and enjoy the likes of smoked eel with baked celeriac, granny smith and lovage (£85 per person £130 per person including wine selection).
Or try the A La Carte menu for the ultimate indulgent treat. Try the likes of Blowtorched Mackerel, Buttermilk, Oyster Emulsion and Dill Ice-cream for starters (£13), Herdwick lamb, charred aubergine, baby artichoke, sheep’s yoghurt and mint for mains (£34). To finish, opt for desserts like poached black fig, fig leaf cream, rosehip and pain d’epice (£12).
Lovebirds can also pair their meal with cocktails (two for £15) that have been specially created for Valentine’s Day and of course, an excellent choice of wine and bubbles.
