Eurovision Daily Wednesday 10th May: Here’s what you can do today

Yesterday marked the beginning of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023, with the first semi-final taking place at The M&S Bank Arena.
The atmosphere was electric as the stage at The Eurovision Village was brought to life by the English National Opera, accompanied by the likes of Russel Watson and Sonia.
The excitement continues today, as the Eurovision Village plays host to an array of artists including Miles Kane and The Lightning Seeds. Fans will be treated to an unforgettable experience as they enjoy performances by some of the best musicians from around the world.
The Eurovision Village is a hub of activity, with a variety of food and drinks on offer, making it the perfect place to soak up the atmosphere.
EuroCamp continues today, located on top of Chavasse Park in Liverpool ONE, and curated by Homotopia.
The excitement continues into the evening, with Conchita Wurst set to perform at Camp and Furnace as part of EuroClub. Fans will be able to dance the night away as they enjoy the incredible performance of one of the world’s most talented artists.

Eurovision Village â United by Music
The National Lottery presents United by Music, will see the Music Venues Trust program an evening of break out stars and music icons. The stage will be hosted by BBC Introducingâs Dave Monks.

Eurovision Extravaganza – St. George’s Hall
The St Georgeâs Hall Eurovision Extravaganza will take place from Wednesday 10 â Saturday 13 May and will feature five events.
The programme will kick off on Wednesday 10 May, with a series of guided tours, which will chronicle Liverpoolâs journey from being crowned âWorld Capital of Popâ by the Guinness Book of Records to now being host city of Eurovision 2023.
Also on the Wednesday, St Georgeâs Hall Charitable TrustâŻteam up with organist Lee Ward to present the best of Eurovision as never heard before on the 7,737 piped Willis Organ of St Georgeâs Hall. All proceeds will go to St Georgeâs Hall Charitable Trust.Â

Celebrate Eurovision with Booker Flowers and Love Lane Brewery, make your own Ukrainian Flower Crown and enjoy a Meal and Drink
No previous floristry experience necessary all materials will be supplied and our florists will be on hand to help you make a gorgeous flower crown. A portion of each ticket sold will go towards to the people affected by the war in Ukraine.
The crowns are to be made from sustainable dried flowers in Eurovision colours, so they last for the Eurovision final, and make a lovely keepsake to remember the event by.

EuroCamp presents⌠HomoVision
A cabaret like no other; a celebration of all things Eurovision, of all things queer and of all things fabulous. For one spectacular day only, Liverpool based LGBTQIA arts organisations Homotopia and DuoVision join forces to bring HomoVision. Visitors can join host Jonny Woo and an array of amazing guests for a party where everyoneâs welcome, to celebrate Eurovision old and new. Homovision will bring performers from Liverpool, nationally and international, and showcase them in the heart of the city.
Featuring an all-star line-up of drag, karaoke, audience participation, DJs and a HomoVision take on Eurovisionâs greatest hits. Itâs gonna be a ball!

The BME Big Eurovision Quiz
The May edition of The BME Quiz is bigger and more poptastic than ever, as Eurovision heads to town! Think you know your Eurovision trivia.
Teams can be up to a maximum of six people, so grab a few friends and get into the Eurovision mood.
The quiz will take place in the main hall of the museum, surrounded by iconic rock and pop memorabilia, including Sam Ryderâs Space man jumpsuit from Eurovision 2022 and our new Eurovision displays.
