Eurovision: National Express is adding extra services to Liverpool

As excitement builds for the biggest musical celebration of the year, the coach operator has added 33 coaches to meet demand with departures.
National Express will be running extra services to Liverpool next week, helping fans get to the our fantastic city for the Eurovision Song Contest.
With Europe’s biggest Song Contest drawing near, the coach operator has responded to the surge in demand by introducing 33 additional coaches.
These coaches will be departing from significant cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Manchester Airport, and Leeds to cater to the enthusiastic crowd.
Andy Leonard, National Express senior coach station manager for the North, said:
“We’ve seen a huge demand for our services since news of the planned rail strikes was announced, with advance tickets selling out quickly. We’re pleased to be able to add extra coaches on our network so that fans can safely travel to Liverpool and be part of a truly electric moment in musical history.”
Liverpool will welcome visitors from all over the world, who will be arriving to experience; the excitement of Eurovision, indulge in its excellent culinary scene, and immerse themselves in the city’s vibrant culture and entertainment.
National Express Coach station will serve as a gateway for travelers, allowing them to arrive in the heart of the city with ease and convenience. From there, visitors can explore Liverpool’s famous attractions such as the Beatles Story Museum, the Tate Liverpool art gallery, or take a stroll along the picturesque Albert Dock.
