Everton Fans to welcome players coach ahead of historic matchday at Goodison Park
3 hours ago

Everton supporters are being urged to turn out in force this Sunday to give the team a rousing send-off ahead of the club’s final home game at Goodison Park.
The 1878s supporters’ group, in partnership with Everton FC and local authorities, is organising a special coach welcome for the first team as they make their way to the stadium for the last Premier League fixture of the 2024/25 season — a poignant clash with Southampton.
Blues fans are encouraged to gather from 10am to help create an electric atmosphere around Goodison, with colour, noise and passion all welcome to mark this once-in-a-generation moment. The team coach will travel along Walton Lane, with prime viewing spots stretching from the Glass House and The Abbey pub, past Everton One and Hot Wok, and down Goodison Road.
Everton has already announced plans to mark the final matchday at Goodison Park with a special post-match tribute. The celebration will include appearances from current and former players, guest presenters and live musical performances, as the club bids farewell to its iconic home of over 130 years.
Supporters are reminded that any unauthorised removal or damage of seats, signage, or stadium fixtures will be treated as criminal damage. Such actions could lead to the withdrawal of Season Tickets or Premium Memberships for the new Everton Stadium.
For those looking to take a piece of Goodison home in the right way, Season Ticket Members have the option to purchase their seat, presented in a personalised commemorative Goodison Park box. More details and ordering information are available via the official club website.
As one chapter closes, Evertonians are invited to help make this final matchday one to remember — by showing up, singing loud, and saying farewell to Goodison Park in true Toffee style.
