Yes we are talking new Years Eve and yes we all need to get planning and booking what we are doing – you know Liverpool, before the Church Street Tree is even decorated everywhere gets booked up.

How do you fancy seeing 2017 in at one of the City’s newest and most glitzy venues?

Look no further – there’s a glittering New Year’s Eve ball at the Garden of Eden this year which means that you can see the new year in in style, whilst enjoying 360 degree unobstructed views of Liverpool.

The glamorous event is £95 per person which includes plenty of fantastic food and drinks throughout the evening. There is also various entertainment to be enjoyed during the night.

Included in the price is a glass of bubbly on arrival, a Chef’s Amuse Bouche on seating, a stunning five course meal which includes a glass of wine with each course and there’s also a glass of champagne for the midnighttoast.

The extensive five course menu has been created around fantastic dishes including the starter of Pressed Game Terrine with Onion and Balsamic Jam, Toasted Focaccia and Dressed Leaves (a vegetarian option is available on request).

There is a delicious intermediate course of Lobster and King Prawn Bisque with Lobster Tail and Lime Crème Fraiche (again a vegetarian option is available on request), followed by a Champagne and Lime Sorbet which will cleanse the pallet and prepare guests for the main event.

The main course is a choice of either the stunning Pan Fried Fillet Steak with Foie Gras and Garlic Croute, Creamy Dauphinoise Potato, Baby Vegetables and Veal Glace or the Butternut Squash and Blue Cheese Wellington, Dauphinoise Potato, Baby Vegetables and a Thyme and Rosemary Cream.

And no meal is ever complete without a show stopping dessert, and to finish the five courses, there is the Croquembouche with Caramel Glaze, Clotted Cream and Salted Caramel Sauce and Caramel Fudge Pieces, before ending the night with coffee and Petit Fours will follow.

Guests that are celebrating with Signature Living at the Garden of Eden on New Year’s Eve will also be given a glass of champagne for the midnight toast to truly see the new year in in style.

The midnight toast will be accompanied by extensive unobstructed views across the city, which will give guests a stunning scenery of Liverpool lighting up when the clock strikes twelve for the beginning of 2017.
