The Liverpool Film Office is doing big things at the moment, it was revealed last month that 2017 was its most successful year to date with more movies & TV projects shot in Liverpool than ever before, bringing over ÂŁ11.1 million into our local economy.
You could now be a part of the action.
Liverpool City Council are looking to recruit a Locations Apprentice on a two year fixed term advanced apprenticeship.

This is an exciting opportunity for an anyone interested in the film or events industry to gain work experience whilst studying towards a recognised qualification.
The successful candidate will provide location support to the Liverpool Film Office Team within Culture Liverpool and to carry out a wide range of duties relating to supporting film & TV related activity & events in and around our city.
Key roles would include supporting the Film Office team on a day to day basis, scouting for new locations, going on recces and much more.
In 2017 movies like Film Stars Don’t Die in Liverpool, BBC Two’s award winning Peaky Blinders, Channel 4 documentary One Born Every Minute, BBC Two’s A House Through Time were all shot in Liverpool and 2018 shows no sign of slowing down with filming happening across our city for such things as SKY’s Bulletproof.
