Camp and Furnace has lined up the perfect calendar of events for your Spring in Liverpool
We’re coming into the big season of Bank Holidays which is the best news because it means if you’re lucky you get a few extra free days off.
Make the most of them, and lots in between, by heading to Camp and Furnace because they’ve got a line-up absolutely crammed with live music, DJs, tribute acts, quizzes and an incredible orchestral reworking of Radiohead classics.
Here are 11 dates definitely worth getting a night out sorted for …
Gold Digger (16 April)
The biggest and best hip hop and RnB night around returns to Furnace, packed with tunes from across the 90s and noughties from legends like Biggie Smalls, Missy Elliott, Jay Z, Snoop Dogg, 2Pac and Mary J Blige. There’ll be music all night til 1am, live performers, themed cocktails and loads of memorable video moments.

Quizzitch (22 April)
Hufflepuffs prepare to take on Ravenclaws, the honour of your Harry Potter house depends on you! If you reckon you know everything about the boy wizard, his mates and enemies then let Quizzitch judge if you’re right. And in this special edition, you can test your Fantastic Beasts knowledge too in a quest for magical prizes.

Liverpool Against Racism (24 April)
A fabulous festival line-up for Liverpool Against Racism Music Day which is dedicated to bringing important issues into the spotlight in an effort to combat racism in all its forms. On from 12-9pm, there’ll be live talks, debates, and live music from artists including The Christians, The Farm, John Power and Mic Lowry.

Radiohead Untold Orchestra (29 April)
Specialising in stunning orchestral renditions of hits from some of the biggest legends of music, The Untold Orchestra returns to Camp and Furnace with a celebration of one of the greatest bands in a generation. They’ll perform classic Radiohead tracks as you’ve never heard them before, with a live orchestra and special guest singers.

Bieber’s Birthday (6 May)
Fancy an invitation to JB’s birthday bash? It’s all yours, because the biggest Bieber party dedicated only to him is coming to Camp and Furnace with all the hits, collabs and remixes from the 2000s to 2022 all night long, plus there’ll be iconic videos, throwbacks, Bieber cocktails and a few birthday surprises in there.

Mean Girls Quiz (7 May)
Know a whole load of Mean Girls trivia? Then you CAN sit with us, and be on our team, at the Mean Girls Quiz. The fetchest test of your knowledge on the cult movie is going to happen, with plenty of prizes up for grabs. It’s a Saturday, but you should still wear pink.

Country Superstars (13 May)
Who doesn’t love a bit of Islands in the Stream? Country Superstars Dolly Parton & Friends Tribute Show featuring acts from the world’s biggest country music tribute tour is coming to Liverpool. Enjoy a night of legends including Dolly and Kenny, Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Shania Twain, John Denver plus The Country Superstars live band.

The Kardashians Quiz (14 May)
You’ll need to have watched all the drama and the dirt from 20 seasons to keep up, but if you’re an expert on The Kardashians and the Jenners – as well as every BF and ex, obviously – get to Camp for The Kardashians Quiz. There’s cocktails, challenges and prizes, and iconic TV moments to relive.

Eurovision Party (14 May)
Deep down we’ve all got some love for Eurovision, even if it’s only to have a laugh at the nil pointers. For massive fans, it’s the most anticipated night of the year and there’s no party quite like Liverpool’s biggest Eurovision party. Watch the final on a huge screen with all the hits.

Guilty Pleasures (20 May)
Your guiltiest of pleasures don’t have to be kept a secret anymore, let them out on the dancefloor at the UK’s biggest pop party. Think Britney, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, The Spice Girls, Ariana Grande, The Backstreet Boys, Kylie and Steps … it won’t be a tragedy, it’s all-singing, all-dancing non-stop pop vibes and good times.

Riser (Every Thursday night)
This collab between Liverpool Audio Network and The Late Night Agency gives a free platform for DJs to showcase their live mixes in a 30-minute set every Thursday night from 6pm to 10pm. It’s a free entry open decks night and a great chance to hear some amazing talent.
