FITNESS: 5 Valentines tips for the lads to make you look your best

So lads, its Valentine’s Day this weekend and we know you want to look your best for that special someone. We have a few tips for you to help you look the part this weekend…
Tip Number One: LOOK FOR CLOTHES THAT ENHANCE YOUR SHOULDERS
This is a very important rule. Shop and make sure you find a shirt that enhances your shoulders. You will look a lot more athletic if your shoulders look a lot bigger than your waist. Creating that V shape really sets the tone that you go the gym…and everyone loves a gym bod right?
Tip Number Two: OBSERVE THE SEAMS
The seams are very important. Look in the mirror and see where the seams of your shirts sit! If the seams sit below your shoulders not only will the shirt look too big, you’ll also look like your muscles aren’t big enough to fit the shirt. Look at it either way, all the hard work won’t be noticed! So remember, check where those seams sit!
Tip Number Three: WEAR WHITE
It is a well-known fact that wearing black makes you look slimmer, however the opposite holds true for white! Wearing white can actually make you look bigger and leaner! Go get that white shirt, check the seams and look lean on your Valentines date!
Tip Number Four: HAVE GOOD POSTURE & CONFIDENCE
Posture is perfect for everyday life, and just as important on a date! Perfect posture will make you look lean and keep those seams where they are meant to sit! By slouching and arching the shoulders you can often look very un-athletic and look like you lack confidence! Confidence is also important, you’ve got to look like you know you’re lean! Remember, your partner will love the confidence, not the arrogance!
Tip Number Five: WORKOUT ON THE DAY!
Lads, you want to look lean on that date right? Well workout on the day and pump them muscles so they are pumped in your nice white shirt with the seams in all the right places! You’ve worked hard in the gym, its time these muscles showed up on the date too!
