There’s a magical new adventure waiting just a short trip from Liverpool, as Gulliver’s World in Warrington opens the gates to its latest themed land.
Families visiting the much-loved Gulliver’s World can now step into the enchanting Land of Oz, where classic characters, eye-popping attractions, and two brand new rides promise a day full of imagination and fun.
From following the famous yellow brick road to getting their photo taken in the topsy-turvy Upside Down House, there’s plenty for kids (and big kids) to explore. This brand-new area adds a whole new twist to the park – quite literally – as guests can turn their world upside down for some surreal snaps and memories that defy gravity.

Thrill-seekers won’t want to miss the Winged Monkeys Ride, where you’ll soar through the skies in a whirlwind of twists, turns and high-flying fun. And for families who prefer to take the wheel, Munchkin Motors lets you cruise through the Land of Oz and spot some familiar faces along the way.
Craig Clews, Resort Director at Gulliver’s World, said:
“We’re so excited to welcome families to our magical new Land of Oz area. It’s packed with fun – from incredible themed rides to the unique Upside Down House that’s perfect for quirky photos and unforgettable moments. We’re always looking for new ways to make every visit even more special, and this latest addition brings a fresh burst of colour, creativity and excitement to the park.”
And it’s not just Oz that’s waiting for you. Gulliver’s World is packed with more than 50 rides and attractions, including family favourites like the Pirate Ship, Desperado Drop, and animatronic dinosaurs. Over in Gulliver’s Gears, adrenaline fans can take on the Grand Prix Racer coaster or brave the 360-degree Overdrive – one of the park’s most daring rides.

The park is designed especially for kids aged 2 to 13, with plenty to keep the whole family smiling. For those looking to extend the fun, there’s a wide choice of themed accommodation – from Unicorn, Pirate and Sweetie rooms in the onsite hotel, to tipis, lodges and dens over in Wilderness Wharf.
Whether you’re visiting for the day or staying for the weekend, the Land of Oz adds a spellbinding new reason to explore everything Gulliver’s World has to offer.
