The Giant Killers – 11 – 13 July
“The Giant Killers” takes us back to the early years of Association Football, telling the true story of Darwen FC, a group of Lancashire mill workers who, amidst poverty and social unrest, became the first working-class team to play in the FA Cup.
This inspirational story presented by Long Lane Theatre highlights football’s power to unite and inspire
I Am Steven Gerrard – 1 – 3 August
Written by Sean McLoughlin and directed by Amy Roberts, “I Am Steven Gerrard” is not just about the football legend’s glorious career, but also delves into deeper themes like aspiration, loneliness, and ambition.

Two Cities … Half the World Away – 3-7 September
