Borealis will be the first of the Fred. Olsen fleet to set sail since the company paused its operations last March, with six cruises to depart from the Liverpool in July and August.
The first will be the three-night scenic only ‘Borealis Maiden Voyage’, leaving Liverpool on 5th July 2021, with scenic sailings of the British Isles and the Faroe Islands to follow.

There will also be chances to step ashore and explore in cruises to Scotland, the Orkney Islands and Shetland Islands too.
“We are so excited to be unveiling these new summer cruises today. So often overlooked, our British Isles are home to some of the most wonderful wildlife, and so much spectacular scenery that is best enjoyed from the water.
“We have worked closely with Liverpool Cruise Terminal and offered sailings from the city for many, many years and our ships always get such a warm welcome there. It is ideally placed to allow us to offer some sensational sailings of the British Isles, from scenic Scotland to the Shetland and Orkney islands, all rich in wildlife, and even to showcase the dramatic shorelines or the Faroe Islands, in just five nights.
